Hotel Kent Ani

It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though we did need to use Google translate. The gentleman at the front desk helped organise a taxi to take us to the Ani ruins, wait for us, and then take us back to the hotel! Breakfast was included but we decided to go out for breakfast, so can’t really say how it was.

Visibly dirty room. Misleading photos: the shower did not look Like the photos (no cabin, just a shower head out the wall). The shower in one of the rooms did not work properly. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Water bottles and toilet paper not replenished. Intense smell of smoking

Курили в соседнем номере, запах был у нас, отель уже несколько уставший, застроенные полотенца, рядом мечеть - очень громко поют в 3 часа ночи, завтрак средний.

Had clearly been a smokers room and you could smell it, toilet did not flush and toilet paper

Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Hotelbesitzer spricht Englisch und organisierte einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

O pequeno almoço era pouco variado.

Hotel in pieno centro, staff molto gentile, camera silenziosa e pulita. Il letto è molto comodo. La colazione è tipica con verdure e formaggi locali, La reception è aperta 24/24 e mi hanno aiutato con informazioni utili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo

L'emplacement central, l'accueil et l'excursion facilement réservée pour Ani avec le bus venu me chercher des le lendemain de mon arrivée.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, good breakfast. Overall reasonable value.

The room wasn't very clean. Bits down the side and back of the bed. Bathroom surfaces and toilet needed a good scrub.
