Good location, city centre and many restaurants within a walking distance. Good value for money.

Nothing, all was good.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice shower. All in all a very good choice in Kars.

The room smelled a bit like cigarettes, but I think it is something you can virtually not avoid in cheaper hotels in Turkey.

Location and atmosfär.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciated assistance with carrying our luggage from and to the car which was no problem to park directly outside the hotel. Although the staff didn't speak English, we managed most of the time to communicate via google translator. The room was fine. Likewise breakfast. Location was very good. Would recommend it.

Our key was once left in the lock of the room outside, which concerned us. Also, on one occasion, they could not find our key upon our return to to the hotel and we were made to wait outside our room for some 10 minutes before they eventually brought it and, upon entering, we found that the room had not been cleaned despite our request to do so. However, the manager and receptionist were highly apologetic and had the room cleaned immediately. This does not affect our "very good" rating for the hotel.

Kars’a gelirken otel konusunda fazlasıyla önyargılıydım. Fakat buradan otel müdürü beyefendinin samimiyeti ve çalışan arkadaşların ilgisi sayesinde gayet memmun bir şekilde ayrılıyorum. Kars’a bir dahaki ziyaretimde kesinlikle uğrayacağım. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse 10/10. Gitmeyi düşünen arkadaşlar gözünüz kapalı rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz.

The reception is a small table in the stairwell. The lights flickered at night and didn't work at all the next day. The toilet flush did not work. Then a door lock was also broken. That was absolutely out of the question. The staff was a young lad who was extremely annoyed. Had to spend ages discussing the problems. It was very tedious. If you're in a normal hotel, it might be okay. But this category B location is a scandal.

Ich war 5 Tage mit meinen 6 jährigen Zwillingen. An der Rezeption Yusuf Bey 1 A, super Hilsfbereit, freundlich dazu noch höflich. Das Hotel ist direkt am Zentrum. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Alle wichtigen Läden wie Apotheke etc gleich ums Eck. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, mit etwas Renovierung würde es schöner aussehen. Zimmern etwas klein und Staubig reicht aber zum Schlafen. Ein Tresor für persönliche sachen fehlt im Zimmer. Frühstücksbüfee waren 5 Tage lang dasselbe, gereicht hat es und wir waren sat.
