"Prejuízo e enganação"

O Apto não condizia com as imagens apresentadas na Booking.com no ato da reserva. Estava sujo, varanda imunda, havia fezes de insetos e mofos pelas paredes. Móveis de madeira muito simples e antigos. Zero conforto. Tentando negociar uma mudança de apto, mesmo que gerasse custo adicional, mas não atenderam nossa solicitação, passamos mais de 2 horas do lado de fora do apto, aguardando um retorno da Be My Guest, depois de cerca de 11h de viagem para chegar lá. Tivemos de alugar um novo apto, pagando tudo de novo para um outro anfitrião do Palm Beach, que foi espetacular em nosso atendimento. Cancelamos a reserva da Be My Guest, tivemos prejuízo financeiro e danos morais. Vamos procurar nossos direitos em juízo.
