The place was nice. The shared pool also great.

The conversation with the owner. They want too much private information and also charge me for electricity use. This amount should be included on the initial cost and not charged separately outside the booking.com. Also the owner forced to give my CPF similar to the social security number in US. Otherwise they would not let me in. They kept talking with me all the time during my stay, too many messages on my phone, and the conversations happened outside the booking channel, even that I asked multiple times for the usage of the Booking application only to keep all the conversation documented here.

It's the second time I stay at Palm Beach, the same apartment. Great location, especially if you're going to Beach Park. Good condo.

The bathroom that had hot water did not have light and the other one the light was working but the hot water wasn't.
