Kind staff

Everything was perfect. Quiet location on the outskirts of Buôn Ma Thuột. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Very tasty Vietnamese soups. What we liked very much was the beautiful garden with pool.

This is a gem - beautiful boutique style hotel . One of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed in Vietnam… and I have stayed in a lot . Beautiful gardens and neat pool. Loved it !

HAPU Garden nearby saved our wedding from Hami. There are much better (whilst also cheaper) options in BMT. AVOID!! The location was great, and it has really nice scenery. This has however become quite out-dated due to the lack of work on the upkeep of the place. The price is however also extremely excessive. We booked about 5 rooms and were in discussions to have a wedding reception here. The staff were really rude when we arrived in Vietnam 2 months before the ceremony to make final plans. They started coming up with a huge amount of extra charges (for us to bring in our own band, flowers, decorations, wine) and gave very high prices to do things themselves, way above previous discussions. They were trying to gouge us for high prices because they knew we were western. They proceeded to try to reduce prices when we said we made plans to have the ceremony elsewhere, but we didn't trust that they would give a good level of service, which turned out to be true when we and our friends stayed there.

I went up to the desk at 7am as none of the three staff came down to take an order. By 7.25am the staff did not even bring so much as a coffee or provide any explaination why nothing was served. At this point I complained and they did eventually start to serve, but I didn't receive everything until 7.45am, whilst the rest of the guests waited with nothing. The price is however also extremely excessive. We booked about 5 rooms and were in discussions to have a wedding reception here.
