Canopy by Hilton New Orleans Downtown

The restaurant food was really good. Staff was really friendly at the restaurant.

Check in was kind of rushed and she really wasn’t focused. She didn’t answer my questions correctly and it even said my card declined which it didn’t and she wasn’t focused. But the GM reassured me that everything was fine and he gave me my key. Cause declined card??? NEVER!! The TV wasn’t working and once again the lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful. They sent one person and said they were sending another and he never came. So we just put the sleep sign on the door and watched tv on our phones.

I loved it’s location to downtown and to bourbon St.

I wished the building was a bit more modern and the rooms were more modern. The bathrooms were amazing, but the rooms had an older feel that didn’t give the sake vibe as the bathrooms. We live in DC and the Canopy in DC has very modern rooms so I was expecting that. Loved the value of the rooms though.

Muy bien ubicado, personal amable, de hecho me permitieron hacer check in antes de la hora. Cama muy comfortable, habitacion amplia y baño de buen tamaño

Todo estuvo realmente bien y con buena relacion costo calidad, a pesar de haber reservado solo 3 dias antes de la estadia

Was clean, modern design, good location.

Very loud, too thin walls, every single word from the next room was heard, TVs from both sides worked all night, and uncomfortable sleep.
