SeaStays Apartments

For the price it was amazing and the view of our room was incredible. Plenty of silverware and plates. The espresso machine was great as well. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons- The apartment itself seems relatively modern but has cheap aesthetics so there is a lot of ware-and-tear. TV remotes control both TVs in the apartment and they are in very close proximity of each other. There was no pot to cook with, just a small beat up pan. The elevators also take forever during high traffic hours. The security at the pool act like bouncers. The restaurant serves mediocre food. These are all minor inconveniences but collectively they add up and after an extended stay started to get to me. Pros- The location is prime. It is quiet and steps from the beach. There is a bar by the pool with decent enough bar food. There is also a small convenience store in the basement. The building itself felt safe and secure to stay in. The ocean view and sunrises are absolutely stunning and that alone makes the stay worth it. I would stay here again but probably not with kids

I had a great stay at this condo hotel! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate my early check-in request. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a breathtaking city view. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and the on-site pool is also a great option for relaxing. The valet service can get busy at times, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Communication was awful. Check in was not great. Front desk Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Valet parking was pretty inconvenient. Room was not quite as pictured. Old peeling paint broken cabinet in bathroom.

Nice beach, nice room

I used to come here often pre-Covid. This experience was a bit disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare. Over an hour wait in the line and then there was no record of our stay in their computers. I was a bit disappointed that this was not a beach view unit. There was also a fire alarm in the morning. Not the best experience, but the Sea Stays owner was quick to assist with our problems. It was unclear to me that there was a separate check in and evidently we could have avoided the needless wait in line.

Good hotel with a great view. Not easy to communicate and get information with workers however. Place is nice but could definitely be renovated to make it a 4 star hotel instead of a 3.

The parking is the only problem (it’s terrible to get in and out anytime during the day)

Overall the stay was good. The unit was dirty and could definitely use a deep cleaning. Bathroom was the biggest area of concern. They have white bedroom furniture which is dirty so the 1st thing you see walking in to the bedroom is the dirty bed with a gorgeous view of the ocean.. the host communicates well however for the price I was have expected something more cared for. Oh and the restaurant downstairs extremely overpriced and the service was terrible.
