A cannot thank the hotel team enough for their exceptional customer service throughout my stay. A very special thank you to Nino at the service desk — a highly professional, efficient, stylish, and well-mannered woman with a genuinely humane approach. My sincere thanks also go to Nato at reception, Khatuna and Ada from the restaurant team, and Cathy from room service for their professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help. Despite how busy they often were, the entire team remained calm, welcoming, and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles. During my stay, I had several personal requests — including arranging taxis and couriers, urgent garment cleaning, additional room accessories, and even assistance with personal calls within Tbilisi — and every request was handled promptly, efficiently, and often at very reasonable prices. What truly sets this hotel apart is the empathy and understanding shown by its staff. They have a remarkable ability to anticipate guests’ needs almost before they are expressed. Their attention to detail and proactive approach made our stay smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free, often resolving potential issues before they could arise.
