Location is perfect

It’s more of a bit of inconvenience since you have to remember to switch on the water heater. Even so, hot water runs out so fast.

Spotless room and excellent location with a seaport atmosphere

Shower was good until the pressure went 4 days before we left.

Not very clean on arrival , no utensils, had to buy a mop clothes, dustpan, only a pan & saucepan, not a knife that cut, the stairs were never cleaned or all the outside areas.the sofa was very uncomfortable.

Location was good, apartment was clean

An apartment should have dish cloths, washing up liquid, drying towel. As there was a washing machine it should also have washing powder and pegs so your clothes do not blow away after washing. Iron and ironing board too. We always use apartments and they always provide these items. I asked for them but none arrived. They claimed they never got the messages requesting them. What is the point of Booking.com making you use their method of contacting the owner if they do not get the messages. Area was a bit noisy for sleeping.

Location and cleanliness

The flat is in a great location, just over the road from the free car park and right on the harbour. The area was busy but quiet. The air con was really effective.

There was 4 in our party and we all read the instructions, but could not locate the entrance to the flat. Luckily there was someone from Phaedrus Living who saw us and guided us in. We were given 3 small bottles of water for a party of 4. The cleaning team congregated at the bottom of the stairwell on a morning and were quite noisy.

Nice and clean apartment in a very good location. We enjoyed our stay there
