Hello Hotel DORMERO. On my recent stay from 16. To 19.02. I saw on my credit card statement that you charged me the parking 4x ! and my stay was only for 3 night. Can you please refund 20€ to my credit card? You have it on record.

Super schönes Hotel. Sehr sauber und tolle Ausstattung. Mega Lage direkt in der Stadt. Getränke im Kühlschrank inklusive. Das Personal war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar nach dem Check-Out durften wir aufgrund einer Autopanne im Hotel warten, bekamen Ladekabel und einen Kaffee. Sehr liebes Personal.
