Mak's Cave House

What a gem of a place. We had a wonderful 4 days staying here. The cave rooms were amazing, breakfast was great with a view over the fairy chimneys & the Uchisar castle. Seckin was a great host & put so much effort into getting us a Hot air balloon trip which we finally got to do on our very last morning.

One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in, nestled in the charming hillside of Uchisar, with amazing views from their deck in the day and evening. Each room is exquisitely designed, as is the huge breakfast, which also makes a great photo. Service and managment are also fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at Mak’s Cave House. The personalized service we got was superb. Breakfast wqs great - we actually couldn’t finish it all. Our rooms were amazing, genuine cave rooms. The view from the roof top terrace wqs awesome overlooking the castle.

We had the most amazing experience at Mak's Cave House; it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having a rich breakfast on the terrace, which offers stunning panoramic view. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. But what really won our hearts was the exceptional care from the staff, who made us feel very welcome and met all our requests with no hesitation and genuine pleasure. Can't recommend it enough!

It was a lovely little hotel where each room was designed with a different theme. A wonderful place to stay in, with courteous stuff who are always around to help you. Really enjoyed the view from the roof top as well as the great breakfast spread. Although the hotel was downhill and it was difficult to carry our luggage, the staff, including the owner of the hotel Ms Makbule, helped us carry our bags to the taxi.

Everyone at Mak's was so polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were good. The breakfast was great and so was the customer service. The cave is around 10 min from Goreme, the central city but we took a taxi and it was a 13 euros round trip, not bad! They helped us book the activities, hotel transfers, and taxis. Communication was awesome! If I go back to Cappadocia I will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with visits arrangements. Good location close to Uchisar castle. Great breakfast, dining room / terrace with good view of the valley. Our little one enjoyed the cave experience very much

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in; the staff were very welcoming, they helped with parking on check-in, provided refreshments and coffee, and the room was very clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is so gooood! Will come back again!!
