Location was good and the room size was also good.

The beds are simply horrible. The mattress and the topper get very warm and you sweat the whole night.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a very pleasant surprise. The hotel looks new and very clean. Note: you need to use your key card in the elevator.

Ubicación buena pero no excelente. El bufett de desayuno estaba muy bien. El personal de limpieza muy simpáticos y profesionales. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación limpia y amplia.

Nos dieron una habitación adaptada, no se por que y todo el baño se llenaba de agua al ducharse. La habitación muy mal aislada. Las conversaciones de las habitaciones de enfrente y al lado se escuchaban perfectamente.

Breakfast was really good! Location perfect, in city centre, about 10-15 minutes walking to the Parliament, next to everything. A very good experience, utmost cleaning, very helpful staff, very pleasant inner courtyard, extremely cute dogs! Very rich breakfast, large variety to pick from. Around 10 minutes until metro or bus. A place to remember!

Being a smoker and considering that we have booked the room more than 1 month in advance, I would have expected the hotel to meet my special requirement and offer the balcony room I asked for. Better not use those photos with balcony rooms if one cannot book such a room!
