Abbiamo prenotato due camere non fumatori ma entrambe puzzavano e avevano posaceneri all’interno.purtroppo sono riusciti a cambiarne solo una….

整體而言不錯，清潔可加強，房間有幾隻昆蟲。

Friendly staff, good location, it was a very clean hotel, internet worked great. It had everything I need for my workstay.

I would have preferred a better gym, but then again, it was pretty cheap so I didn't expect much and the essentials were there.

It was perfect for a one night stay on my way to Bromo. Staff made check in very easy, the room was comfortable.

I booked a non smoking room but the bathroom still smelt of smoke.

Location near to where I need to be in that occasion.

It was so difficult to order coffee in the morning from the restaurant. Some staff didn’t know how to, have to check here and there before they can make a cup of coffee for me. 😅

Location in the best area. Near Tunjungan area where alot of food, resto, and cafe. ooh so does only walking distance to Souvenir Store Bu Rudy.

the location is good, near good food. the place is not that far from the mall too. Also, the place is clean and the staff are friendly

maybe fridge? they do have facility where we can keep our leftovers with them, but it will be more convenient if we have mini fridge
