Great location, next to the station, parked on the street next to the flat which was great. Room was as expected. Beds were comfortable and space was what we needed. Felt good value for money. Cleaners did a great job.

Door codes on main door and each flat are very loud and play a jingle when they open. Heard everyone coming and going through the night. We had issues with the main door locking when we returned. Out of hours service wasn’t as good as I’d hope. Spent a long time on the phone with them and when we left in the morning the issue still wasn’t fixed.

Nice cheap holiday flat in Birkenhead. Nice shops. Near Public transport.

Steep stairs need a hand rail. banged my head on bunk bed. The tap water gets very hot. The bathroom floor was cracked, they should use linoleum.
