Peaceful family home w patio & yard

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. I'm Oxford born and raised but emigrated. I chose this house as Florence Park is a decent area and quiet at night. Its close to the Park with the Flo Cafe (excellent cake), Sainsburys supermarket, Costa Coffee, Pure Gym and bus routes to the city center. Our son is 2 years old so he enjoyed the back garden - and a crib and high chair were provided. The parking space was an absolute bonus as its all permits now. Even local residents can't park anywhere

Probably too small for 5 people but manageable with 3 of us. Garden bench looked a bit weak, probably needs replacing. No clothes dryer - not an issue as we line dried but might get problematic in winter. Other than that, no complaints. We'll be back

The property was listed as award winning, which is was not. We found it very disappointing - Dirty and ill fitting carpets, and skirting boards were dirty. Kitchen was basic with ill fitting doors and fat dripping from the cooker hood. Freezer was iced up and needs cleaning and defrosting. TV didn't work and an enquiry to help number received no response. Bedside light didn't work. No helpful information given on appliances. Back garden was ill kempt and obviously had not received any attention for months. It would have been very helpful to be warned about the 'bus gates and not driving to the property this way Overall impression was of lack of care and attention to detail, and it smells.

Excellent location . Lovely clean and cosy house with everything we needed for our stay . Private parking meant we were able to leave the cars and walk to most places . Supermarket , coffee shops and gym 5 minute walk away.

Nothing - place was great . Would definitely stay again.

LOCATION.Car parking space. Good for local shops (Cowley) walking distance or car.(free 3 hour parking) City centre (plenty of buses and not far) Hospitals all fairly close by car. Park nearby with children's play area. House is pet friendly, generally clean in a quiet residential district. BEDROOMS are of a good size, comfortable beds.. Good central heating, good wifi, smart tv. PARK nearby with children's play area.KITCHEN is small but functional. BATHROOM. Downstairs, good modern bath and electric shower over. Price is competitive.

BATHROOM. Slight smell from drains.Toilet brush and holder dirty and rusty. Small bin rusty. SAFETY. The bath is slippery. Needs a grip bar on the wall and a shower mat. OUTSIDE BACK GARDEN. Grass is long and tufty. Outside light not working. These things could be easily and cheaply fixed, apart from the slight drain smell.

location is good. Facilities are good too

Bath room in the ground floor and all bed rooms are in 1st floor. Staircase was not very comfortable

The beds were very comfortable

There is a strong sewage odour coming from the water sources in that house.

We loved the location near the pub and stores in walkable distance. Helped us get to know the area.
