The Aru Hotel, Aru Suites by Ayuhouz

Near the beach and airport but a bit far from the city central. Room was spacious.

Cleanliness of the room. We saw small cockroaches on the bed a couple of times and had to kill them. Reception staff can be more friendly. The power tripped on one of the evening but the staff came quickly to rectify it.

The air conditioners in both rooms were not working well. One make a loud clicking noise all night. The other was dirty and had an odd smell. The air conditioner in this room was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.

Spacious, Automatic Car parking , Receptionists are very professional and supportive , very clear day the mount kinablu is clearly visible and the facilities like kitchen and washing machine

Staff was very accomodating. Helped me to find missing item in the room after I checked-out.

Could not get all 3 units on the same floor despite requesting 4 months before visit.

Good location near the beach, spacious room

Room service was very late, we needed to inquire 2 times for it. Extra bottled water is chargeable too. Still pretty decent value for the price we paid
