After a 17 hour journey we wasn’t expecting to be heading into the disco- There was some kind of party going on and the noise was so incredibly loud- amazed that Mgt allowed it - We changed rooms but was still so bad—

Price to value is outrageous No food at location or nearby.

Closeness to Kennedy Space Center. Nice, friendly staff. Nice trail for walking or jogging along the water's edge.

We reserved a room with a patio, but did not expect the patio to open to the parking lot. Would have preferred a more private patio where you are not facing the front end of cars. TV that angles towards the bed for easy viewing and relaxing. No bathroom fan, bathroom fogs up quickly during shower.

Un desastre, estuvimos dos noches alojados y resulta que no limpian la habitación, tuve que pedir toallas para el baño porque hasta la tercera noche no arreglan la habitación, tan solo hacen lo que llaman un REFRESH. Entiendo que, para un precio de 350$ por noche, justificante una limpieza para un alojamiento de 4 personas, donde la habitación queda muy alterada.

Not a great hotel-- our family did not feel welcomed. We do wonder if it is because we are gay or because my name and background as the start felt very uncomfortable as soon as we were not greeted by the staff. Check in was an experience as the front desk person, Anita, first said I didn't have a reservation and then told me how to spell my name as if I didn't know. Anita wondered aloud if I booked via discount third party-- I booked directly through Marriot, although none of the Bonvoy perks were honored. The desk clerk also gave us zero information except to tell my kids who were looking at the robot Luna from a few feet away not to touch her. They weren't touching her, but thanks. We later saw Luna escorting a family to their room. That would've been nice! Instead, we had to find the elevators ourself since the front desk clerk didn't point the way. Her attitude with us was so poor that my 7 year old commented on it and he doesn't notice anything! Once in our premium room with balcony, we saw neighbors using binoculars provided by the hotel-- none were in our room. The cool projector my kids were looking forward to didn't work either. Late checkout until 2pm is promised due to Bonvoy status, but I was told on day one I had to ask for it in the morning. In the morning I asked via the app and Anita called the room to very rudely inform they wouldn't accommodate the late check out as it was "full." So when should I have asked? We knew there was no free breakfast and that is fine-- but there is also no coffee station in the morning. Paid breakfast was nice and all enjoyed. We frequently cruise and drive down the coast, but I can't say we plan to come back here considering we spent the same for a room at the JW last month in Orlando and had a true hospitable experience. I question where the reviews here are coming from. Lots of room for improvement at this property that is already showing signs of wear. I would also recommend they do a deep clean on our room- the dust bunnies are taking over and we were all sneezing by the end.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Blick von der Rooftopbar wunderschön aufs Wasser und im Hintergrund Teile des Kennedy Spacecenters. Eine geniale Fotowand / Teil der Rooftopbar verleitet zu vielen Selfies. Ganz hervorragend! Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

L'emplacement était parfait, juste de l'autre coté de la lagune, en face du Kennedy Space Centre. L'hôtel a du être refait récemment, et exploite parfaitement sa proximité du KSC. La chambre est décorée sur le thème, et le petit astronaute qui projette des étoiles sur le plafond vous met dans l'ambiance. La terrasse extérieure avec la vue sur Merrit Island est très agréable. Le restaurant au 5ème étage est également sur le thème spatial, et offre une très belle vue sur KSC et la lagune.

Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre mais nous a été facturé.
