Villa TEA Costa Smeralda - Porto Cervo

The location of the apartment was great! Strongly recommend everyone else looking for an apartment with amazing view from the balcony.

Apartment was not clean. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge was full of stinky food.

Location and view are amazing. beds are comfortable.

Property is a bit old and a good renovation will certainly boost its big potential. Kitchen is there only for basic usage, cups and glasses should be added. Some bath amenities or at least water at arrival should be mandatory . 6 pm check in with 10 am check out should be urgently revised. Property needs to Clarify before booking that a detached dependance shares entrance, not a big issue but info should be known before and not after booking

The location is excellent and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. The air conditioning worked well.

Overall, this property was very disappointing. The interior is run down, out of date, and dirty, and the dishwasher and coffee machine do not work. There were no amenities - we were left with one roll of toilet paper for the 5 days we stayed (with two bathrooms!). The shower curtain was moldy and smelled so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed while we were in the house. There was broken glass on the terrace, and one of the loungers on the terrace was broken. The worst part were the intrusions. On our second day, the property manager called to inform us that the internet technician was coming in 5 minutes and we needed to let him in. We were about to leave and uncomfortable with leaving a stranger in the house with our belongings. The next day, our breakfast was interrupted by some very loud and major landscaping work on the property. We had to leave because of the noise. That evening when we returned to watch the sunset from the "private" terrace, we were VERY surprised to find two shirtless guys up there eating sandwiches.

A 6pm check in to leave again at 10am, seriously??? That should be illegal since is not even a day that you're paying for.
