Size and washing facilities

Aircon spasmodic. Safe? Couldn't find one. One blind not working well

I loved the size of the unit and the huge windows. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is big and the towels were nice. I also liked the kitchen and living room sizes. Having a full balcony was also a treat.

1. When I walked into the unit, there was a loud noise coming from the freezer. This was unsettling and unfortunately even after someone came up to look at it, it still keep me awake. 2. There were no lightbulbs in the lamps on the desks, which would have been good for me as I was working. 3. There was coffee but no coffee maker! I had to ask for one but after day 1 I didn't have anything. 4. The hand soap and body wash were both empty in the bathroom so I also had to ask for that to be replaced. 5. There were no extra blankets provided, this would be nice to stay warm on the couch while watching tv. 6. I don't think the cleaners did a thorough job as there were hairs all over the bathroom sink and shower!

Location was amazing in the heart of downtown

we were in superior 2 bed room apartment level 7, the apartment is nice and good space , however the beds were very small for 2 people , the one in master room was not even queen bed! the appliances were great for kitchen and laundry. cleaning is request based and they were amazing on that they filled all the needed the issue i can tell is that the furniture was Old! the pool and gym was good! we were there in June time and it was high season due to weather so price wasn’t that much attractive! and about staff, the Guy who checked us in was so friendly and he let us in sooner than check in time as we told him we came from dubai and 13 hours flight! the rest of the team were some youth that mainly busy with their own tasks.
