Clean tidy close to get into town

Room 5 main light didn’t work, mattress top is below level of wooden frame resulting in painful bumps of toes and elbows during the night. No blind on velux window not too bad in February but imagine it’s horrible in the summer months! Room 6, stank of smoke which never went away even with window open. Shower door broken and water temperature unreliable! No information in the room about who to contact.

The house was perfect, the location,comfort and cleanliness. I just had a little problem with the warm water in the sink! Maybe it was my bed! Anyway, congratulation and I’m looking forward coming here again! Arben Alushi from Albania

There was an issue with the security of our room that was rectified very quickly as they had another vacant room. There was no hot water from the tap, the blinds were broken but the bedding and towels were clean.

good clean room and facilities,just a little to far out from the city although to be fair the bus services are excellent

Was woken at 1.30am by screaming outside the door of the room very inconvenient.

First time staying in Liverpool and loved it. Got exactly what we expected for the price paid

Obviously a student house converted into a hotel style rooms. Very clean comfortable beds & nice linen. Clean cutlery in kitchen & fridge in rooms. Too hot at night. The radiator in hall didn’t seem to be able to turn off. Wi-Fi didn’t connect, TV didn’t seem to work which was a shame. One lick on door had been removed. Bit concerned about safety as area not great. Rubbish & broken furniture on street outside front door.

Parking was on street. Light from hallway and outside was on all night and filtered through the blind making sleep difficult. Premises also too warm.

I was a little disappointed on arrival as I was expecting a Georgian house, looking at the email address and location. It has the frontage if student digs but the inside more tga makes up for it. Spotless everywhere. More than happy with my room and will be booking again while working in Liverpool. Close to a shopping centre and supermarkets within a short drive and not too far from the albert docks.
