We have stayed at another Springhill location last year and found the accommodations amenable. Excellent breakfast choices. Clean room. with nice bathroom and amenities.

Although the beds are firm, the pillows, being feather, fall flat. And the rooms were promoted as sound proof, however we could hear so much noise, especially when kids were running in the halls and repeatedly slamming doors.

This is a relatively new hotel in the Apex area just off Hwy 1. It was much more convenient than where we usually stay so we gave it a chance. It is a usual SpringHill Suites hotel but I will say the staff was very friendly. Arriving after midnight (had already checked in online) the front desk person was still welcoming. Breakfast was the usual but the staff kept everything coming and there were a lot of people. The rooms were clean and the noise was minimal.

Hotel was very nice and very clean. Front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. Little note in my room from the housekeeper was unexpected and added a nice personal touch to the stay. She did an excellent job.

I wish the rates were a little more affordable.
