O atendimento dos funcionários é impecável. Todos muito solícitos e simpáticos, foi um diferencial enorme na nossa estadia.

A estrutura física do hotel é um pouco complicada. O acesso a ele é através de muitas escadas, e é bem difícil subir aquilo tudo carregando malas. Isso também significa que não há nenhuma acessibilidade para pessoas com limitações de locomoção. Além disso o chuveiro do nosso quarto estava quebrado (não esquentava), mas esse problema foi prontamente solucionado pela equipe do hotel quando solicitamos ajuda.
