L'emplacement est exceptionnel, vue sur le château, le personnel est à votre écoute et vous aide pour toute demande, par exemple Baris nous a réservé au meilleur prix (j'ai contrôlé) un vol en montgolfière de qualité avec un pilote expérimenté, une expérience unique ! Kadir la personne de nuit est réellement un bonne personne, très attentionné, mention spéciale pour lui.

The staff, Jan, Bashir and the others go out of their way to make you feel at home. We had an enormous room with a separate bedroom, beds were comfortable. The hot air balloons fly directly over the property early morning. The outdoor seating areas are wonderful, surrounded by beautiful roses.

I actually preferred this location to being in Göreme which is busy at night and can be a bit noisy for sleeping.

A lot of hospitality with Baris and Kadir. Calm location and easy to access to Rose Valley. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of dishes.

New bath towels might be much better.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Cappadocia Fairy Tale Suites. Der Inhaber und das gesamte Team waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit den vielen regionalen Köstlichkeiten war hervorragend, und ich habe tolle Tipps für Ausflüge sowie die besten Plätze zum Beobachten der Heißluftballons bekommen. Besonders dankbar bin ich für die Unterstützung in einer schwierigen Situation, als meine Frau außerplanmäßig ins Krankenhaus musste. Das Team hat mir mit viel Mitgefühl und Hilfsbereitschaft zur Seite gestanden. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön! 🍉 Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great and varied breakfast, excellent hot water with strong pressure. The terrace with sunrise balloon views is absolutely stunning - June weather was ideal. Clean room, friendly staff. 100% recommend, we’ll gladly be back!
