Chitwan Midtown Hotel

The hotel's location near Bharatpur is spot on, and I genuinely enjoyed the delicious breakfast and food options. The staff were helpful, polite and hospitable and even offered me a cake for free (which I had ordered). A heartfelt thanks to them.

The room felt cramped, lacking sufficient space. Considering the cost, I expected a bit more big room. However, it could suffice for a single person. On the downside, the food I ordered took an extended period to be prepared, possibly due to the late order. Otherwise, a nice stay it was.

Everything. Best to stay in bharatpur. I enjoy staying here. Mostly the food here is amazing.

So we actually went there to stay for 2 nights. The facilities were ok for the money but wasn't quite upto what should have been. First of all we noticed that there was used toothbrush left by the previous guest hanging on the towel hanger. The intercom telephone was full of dust, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for pretty long.... and the most unpleasant thing was that the Air Con in our room wasnt properly maintained and it did make a annoying noise the whole night..... when i checked on my phone the noice was above 60dB..... i couldn't sleep at all.... around 4 am i tried calling the reception and explained the whole scenario and requested to change the room so i could get at least few hours of sleep as i had a important thing the next day and what i was told was the maintenance guy will be there ASAP..... their ASAP did only come after we went down and told them and the maintenance guy did come at 10.... and then they sent two guys to fix it..... and it took them around 20 min and it was very inconvenience as we were trying to get some rest before going to the event we were suppose to attend..... after this whole experience we decided that we gonna stay at another hotel so we went to check out.... and after all of this mess..... the hotel staff didn't even bothered to give any compensation or said sorry for the great inconvenience we had..... would never visit again or recommend..... very unprofessional

They harassed my friends when they come to see me! Did not permit to meet me in my room! Wee spent. Time in restaurant! Uncomfortable seats and narrow area!
