The bed sagged toward the center, causing us to slide into the middle. My body ended up tilted, and I had to place a pillow under my lower back just to keep my hips level. The windows were made of very thin plastic instead of proper glass or thick acrylic, so the noise from the street came through clearly all night. Every sound outside was audible. The pillowcase also had a few hairs on it. After a sleepless night because of all these issues, I emailed the property asking to change rooms and to receive fresh, clean sheets. I didn’t get a reply. Later, we ran into the host while she was showing the hotel to someone else. I asked if she had seen my email. She said yes and that she would get back to me. She never did. If you don’t mind sleeping poorly—or not sleeping at all—this hotel might still work for you, but it wasn’t a good experience for me

The staff was very friendly and gave a lot of good recommendations where to go! Also they were very accommodating, I had flight issues and they worked with me.

María (recepcionista) fue increíblemente amable con nosotros. Nos hizo llegar recomendaciones de todo tipo. La entrada y salida fueron muy fáciles de realizar y la zona era muy buena, muchos restaurantes/farmacias/supermercados caminando.

Los colchones de las camas son MUY aguados, de esos que hasta te hundes un poco. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con una cucaracha pequeña que apareció en la cama pero el personal del hotel nos hizo favor de cambiar las sábanas.

Loved the location, cost and especially the quality of the place. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

I would have liked that a small table and chairs in our room was available. Also, more hooks in the bathroom near the shower would have been more convenient. Overall, nice place and I would book with them again.
