No Wi-Fi and TV don’t work

Location was good but was only Philippines food sometime rice was hot eggs cold other day opposite, one day one egg, other day 2 egss, look like whatever come that what they served, no western avaliable in 7 days , in the same place I was for lunch/ dinner, Japanese meal was more less ok, but served with out chopsticks!!! Dining waiters look like lost in action.

Management need to be more strict and trained staff much better in restaurant and in hotel, for example on arrival in my room was 2 coffee cups, but only one spoon, bathrobes missing, only 2 hangers, no hand towels or face towels , only bath towels, look poor, maybe walls and floor are sound proof, but low quality entrance doors does not stop from noise. Some activities going on , like wedding, people making lot of noise. I'm tolerance person , show must go on, let them enjoy, but some info from reception that this will happen and hotel feel sorry for this , will be nice to receive. Many problems with elevators, some times WiFi was cut for few hrs. I was second time in this hotel, year ago was fire in the gym , staff evacuated us on the street for few hrs., no one offer any discount or late check out, look like management don't care about guests and don't know how to fix the problems.

Basic Magog breakfast. There is no buffet. There is no selection. No vegetables at all. There is no juice to drink. Very disappointing!

I actually booked a singe de luxe and they gave me a single room which inn every hotel single also have 2 people ,my sister checked in for me due to my flight is arriving at mudnight they had told us that if somekne will sleep for the noghtbibwould have to pay 1500 pesos per person per night while the ro ok m is only 1300/day and they gave my sister up to 1hr. To leave or else they will charge me extra never even inform me of my free breakfast info. So i had never taken my free breakfast the whole stay they gave me a single person towel hand towel during my stay never had them clean my room everyday no microwave in the room to warm food only gave a water warmer for cofee gave a coffee package 1 teaspoon but no coffee cup have a small refrigerator but nothing in it, 1 roll of paper towel they have small bugs everyday in the shower area and the toilet bowl dont flush good ,the towels are stained and airport hotels are cleaner than the room, need more improvement need to train and change some of their policy to stay ahead of the competitions such a great facility and location just need to make changes in their policies

I got cheated with the room i checked online, its not the room i was put into and need to respond to customers unquiry and answer your calls so we can get info for our atay
