Saint-Gervais Hotel and Spa

We had a wonderful stay, staff all very friendly (reception and bar) and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for the two of us on a short snow trip. Spa lovely too - but make sure you book to use it. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as felt it was expensive so can’t comment on food but as a room only stay it was fantastic.

We used this hotel for a family ski break for February half term on a B&B basis. The hotel is very nice and stylish throughout. Our room, a junior suite (family room) was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious with two lovely beds. The bathroom was terrific too with a huge tub as well as a separate modern powerful shower just perfect for our requirements. The breakfast service each morning was fine if not a little frantic. Good varied options but things were always running out and the staff just seemed run off their feet just trying to cope each day. We didn’t eat in the restaurant on evening due to a bad experience on night one where out kids (9 & 11) were just so tired after travel and a day skiing that we just wanted takeaway pizza to take upstairs to our room. This was an absolute farce, we were made to feel like a complete inconvenience for requesting this and the subsequent wait was an hour and a quarter. We eventually got back to the room, kids had fallen asleep hungry and the pizza’s we had were just terrible. We actually commented between us as to how on Earth can you make a bad pizza?!! We also chose this hotel because it had a pool. After a day on the slopes it’s lovely to stretch out for us and the children. That didn’t happen. The pool is closed to children after 16.00 so basically unless you cut your day very short skiing you kids are unable to use the pool area. We question this to the staff and they were apologetic but unwilling to do anything about it.

Nous y avons séjourné ce week-end, chambre très confortable et parfaitement situé. Personnel très agréable malgres la pression malsain palpable de leur direction, c'est bien dommage.

Room was tiny. Spa was a little disappointing. But the biggest issue is we were served breakfast each day of our stay but not told we would be charged 42 euros per day for it until we were checking out and the hotel refused to budge on the additional expense even though we were never made aware ther breakfast was not included / an additional quite high fee. Very cheap and underhanded move by a supposed four star hotel.

Très bel hôtel, proche du centre-ville et des commerces/restaurants de St Gervais. Nuits calmes, sans bruits, bonne literie. Nous avons également apprécié l'espace piscine/jacuzzi. Tout petit bémol pour le restaurant de l'hôtel qui manquait de personnel lors de notre séjour. Sinon accueil très agréable et souriant de l'ensemble du personnel, de la réception en passant par le pizzaiolo du restaurant. Nous referions un séjour avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

Magnifique hôtel, très bon service. Malheureusement le restaurant n est pas à la hauteur de l hôtel ni le bar, prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des produits proposés mais très bien dans l ensemble, 1uelques petites amélioration.

Beautiful, quiet, trendy, clean and brand new hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Nice staff. I highly recommend it.

Tout à été parfait sauf le restaurant qui est cher, avec un service extrêmement moyen. Pour le reste… 10/10
