Gorgeous Decor. Beautiful gym, spa, and rooms. Stunning aesthetic and much to be inspired by from a design perspective. Thoughtful Touches. It is clear the staff want the guests to have a good time. Thank you so much Sophia and Athena and the bartender (I forgot his name).... Delicious Food. Quick Service. They made getting a taxi / getting around the island easy. It was easy to order room service and Chromecast to TV. Rooms are tidied seamlessly.

Annoying Pool Hours.  While the hotel is on an island and surrounded by water, the hotel has no direct beach access.  Therefore, the pool becomes quite important.  After a hot day of sightseeing we were looking forward to swimming in the pool.  Upon arriving at 6.45pm, we  were told we had to be out of the pool by 7pm because the restaurant was opening.  The pool sits next to the restaurant and they don’t want the view of people in the pool. At Nos, because of this policy, it’s clear that the restaurant guests take priority over the hotel guests. Most pools have restrictions where they shut down in the later part of the evening but during the height of summer, 7pm is the  golden hour. After all it gets dark at 9.30pm. Strict policy with Passport. Even before our room was ready, both passports were required.  My mother couldn’t remember where it was tucked and needed to open up her luggage. It would have been better to go to the room and open up her luggage where the contents were visible for everyone in the small reception area to see or step over.   Alternatively, a private area should have been offered even if it wasn’t as nicely decorated as the reception. All in all, when we expressed these concerns to the hotel, we felt heard. Still, we felt it was necessary for future guests to know these details. This is the most expensive hotel on the island by far. It’s comparable in price to almost all luxury hotels in the world but some of the attention to details were lacking. If looking for a perfect luxurious experience, this may not be it.

We love the staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. Of particular note were Eva and Sophia from the front desk, Thanos and Chris from the meals. And finally, our spa therapist Maria. The spa is something special, with views that are simply breathtaking. The food is excellent and among the best we ate on the island which itself is known for food.

The gym is beautifully built and is open air. It gets too much sun in the morning making a workout at that time pretty hard.

Absolutely amazing! Great staff, so helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful! Great start to our honeymoon!

The rooms, staff, pool and food

Gym stuff was broken. Considering it was our honeymoon, the fact we had to complain over a few small things and our new expensive case was dropped out of the transfer car I found it odd that they would charge £10 for a lost room card or £35 for the tote bags they leave for you to use. It’s small stuff like that that would put me off recommending when you pay so much for it not to feel ‘petty’ or tight. Sifnos is amazing

We had the best time at NOS in May. We stayed for 4 nights, I can not fault the experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, our room with a pool felt super luxury and was so clean and well thought out with amenities. The breakfast was delicious and views from the shared pool are stunning. The local area of Faros has great beaches, lovely restaurants with some of the nicest food we had during our stay and a cute cafe for sandwiches, coffee and cake too. 100% recommend NOS, we’re already planning our trip back.

Such an amazing place. The property and rooms are beautiful, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the breakfast/restaurant are delicious. Faros is a small but stunning village with several great tavernas and beaches. I’m so sad to have left but can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. It looks better in person than the pictures. Alexandra and her team are all extremely friendly and super helpful. The pool, spa, food, cocktails, rooms, everything are all perfect. Beaches and lovely restaurants walking distance. Would 100% stay here again.
