Vị trí đẹp, cũng khá gần biển, di chuyển tiện lợi, có bãi đậu xe free nhưng trên booking đang chia làm 2, phòng có free bãi đậu xe 1 giá, ko có chỗ đậu xe 1 giá khác

Khách sạn 5 sao nhưng tiện ích ko đủ để 5 sao. Có thể là do đời đầu là 5 sao nhưng so với thời đại bg chỉ tương đương 3 sao. Phù hợp với gia đình có con nhỏ muốn nấu ăn tại phòng, có đủ tiện nghi, bếp nồi bát đũa tủ lạnh to. Phòng tắm chỉ có dầu gội, sữa tắm, nước rửa tay, 2 bàn chải, 1 túi tóc khi tắm. Thường thì ksan 5 sao sẽ có dao cạo, bông tai, bông tẩy trang và 1 vài dụng cụ cá nhân khác. Mình ở melia, Vin cũng là 5 sao, có đầy đủ tất cả nên mình chủ quan ko mang những thứ đó. Đến nơi mới tá hoả. Đồng ý với việc là đồ cá nhân tự chuẩn bị nhưng ksan 5 sao chỉ có đồ dùng giống như homestay vậy. Khá thất vọng. Đèn trong nhà vệ sinh tối, màu vàng, chỉ có 2 bóng nhỏ mini, làm gì cũng lờ mờ. Chắc do mình thích sáng, mọi thứ phải sáng rực mới chịu được. Do quan điểm mỗi người khác nhau ạ. Đây là cảm nhận của mình.

From the very moment I walked into the Citadines marina, I received excellent service. The rooms were great, the views were lovely. The service from all staff from Reception to dining staff and hotel maids was first rate. I feel I must offer my sincere thanks to a lady on reception called “Rachel” this lady was absolutely outstanding, her knowledge, her personality, her ability to get things done was first rate. The ASR chain are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff. She is a valuable asset to this organisation, and not only are they lucky to have her working for them. She is also a fantastic ambassador for this great hotel group.

하롱베이 투어하기에 적당한 위치에 있고 호텔 시설이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있습니다. 그리고 조식에 많은 메뉴와 맛이 있습니다.

특별히 불편한 점은 없습니다.

location a bit far from town center

The facilities were good with two swimming pools. Breakfast was really nice. We got a free upgrade because of the construction noise.

The location isn’t great. It’s surrounded by a construction site. The service is quite slow and they let us down on a couple of things - like a boat trip and taxi service.

The waiters are incredibly kind and helpful. Before our stay, the hotel assisted us with the transfer and helped us organize our programs. :)

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Nobody informed us that hundreds of children would be arriving. In a 5-star hotel, this kind of information should have been clearly communicated. We are extremely disappointed that we have still not received any response to our previous message (see below). This lack of communication is unacceptable from a 5-star hotel. Now, to make things worse, there is a loud techno party next to our room, and nobody warned us about this either. This is absolutely not a relaxing environment .
