Location to metro, staff were available

We couldn’t turn off the under floor heating, the thermostat only allowed daytime changes not night and the apartment was too hot. The booking confirmation said 188c but it was 188b so we did waste time looking for 188c, i suggest they change that asap…

I liked that it was easy to find, has free parking close by, and near to where I needed to be the next day. Didn’t use the shower so can’t comment on that. Tea, sugar and sachets of milk was provided.

The key code to enter. I was at an event that went on till early hours and the key code is very loud. Clearly didn’t disturb me but quite possibly a few others on the same floor. Needed to use my phone light for it to be bright enough to place my hand over for the numbers to come up. Oh the tiny tea cups.

The place was well laid out Clean Easy to access with electronic entry. Places to eat nearby. Next to rail station for easy access to Liverpool centre

There were 2 Air conditioning controls in one small studio and it was difficult to control. Room was 49 degrees when I arrived. However, better that than the other way around. I think had there been 3 people the space would have been VERY cramped. Good for 1 person or 2 max. Would benefit from fitted sheets on beds as they were all over the place

I liked it was a good location. That's the only positive I can write.

Inconsiderate to disabled customers. I was placed on first floor, noise and too hot. I complained a as soon as I hot there and was told to deal with it until tomorrow. I had to leave due to my health and called again, bo answers. I have called and emailed asking for a refund and been fobbed off each time. I booked 3 days, I was there 2 hours!! Awaiting duspute with booking.com as the company clearly have disrespect for those with health conditions. I did not like the used condom effect behind the toilet and sink either. I just want my refund ASAP, been a week now and nothing from their pathetic customer service team.

The property was lovely and clean and right next door to the train station.

Located near a railway station, convenient to travel to centre. The bed was comfortable. Perfect clean soft towels. Plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, fridge, iron.

The bathroom smelled bad and the shower was dirty. No soap or shower gel provided. There is nowhere to put your cloths.
