"Liège est une ville très intéressante à visiter mais pas très propre."

Emplacement calme et situé à proximité de la zone à visiter.

L'accueil et l'implication du personnel (dire bonjour aux clients est un minimum, aller chercher les valises en consigne par le personnel et non les clients serait la moindre des choses). Si vous arrivez à 13h00 (au lieu de 15h00), pourquoi ne pas vérifier si la chambre est déjà disponible (moins on en fait)... Le ménage dans la chambre approximatif (poubelle non vidée, réassort capsule de café pas fait). Dans la chambre, le tv penchait et sur l'écran d'accueil de celle-ci le nom du client précédent et non le notre.

Le confort de la chambre et des équipements.La réception a réglé la climatisation selon nos souhaits, ce qui était très utile par temps caniculaire. Le petit-déjeuner buffet. Tout le personnel, à la fois à la réception, pour le ménage des chambres et le petit-déjeuner
