Very clean hotel

Location is a bit far

I have booked two family rooms. The rooms were dusty and full of insects. The bed was very rough. The AC was not cool enough. There was no AC in the other room, only in the main room. The breakfast was not covered and the place was full of insects.

The hotel room was in high standard. Everything is near to perfect. Very clean and comfy. It was more than my expectation.

Ventilation and the amount of cigarette smoke coming to the room. The room on the 3rd floor above the cafe. Many people were smoking under the window and the aircon sucking all into rooms. Openin the window even makes things worse. The nanager was told about the issue, and he is going to do something about it "hopefully"

All was great! you might need to be careful on wet floor in the bathroom, a bit slippery, especially with older guests

If you're in Suluova for work, its the best location. Hotel was good, staff was very nice, and food was good.

Cleanliness would be much better. The floor of the room was very dusty, I had to tell the reception to clean it up for the second day. Its not a touristic place, there's nothing to see around. If you're not going to use the restaurant only then its good to stay with the kids, as though hotel has a smoking free restaurant. I only had one quick dinner, and my t-shirt was smelling like hell. The ventilation should be much more!
