The Neemaya Hotel

Behaviour of front desk staff was quite ruthless. Payment mode was bill to company. Though, my senior colleague and myself were held at reception and were not allowed to move out. We requested that this is bill to company payment. And, party who was to pay the bills, was also in perpetual coordination with the hotel staff. We were given mild warning that we could not leave the hotel as if we were fraudsters. This was quite embarrassing instance for me and my senior colleague. I had to push the party to pay the hotel as passing every moment at hotel was pinching our hearts. Other guests were also witnessing this conversation. Front desk staff was quite poorly trained on how to politely talk to the guests. Hotel amenities may be good but behavioural pattents of hotel staff were not at all praiseworthy and recommended. I am not afraid to share this very candid review. Hope hotel management may improve from this.

Stayed in this hotel for four days which is in walkable distance for Gandhi dham railway station. Noticed that the service is good. All staff members behavior with customer is also very good, specially Mr. Ajay Bagha (front office manager).

First time visit to this hotel. Rooms are well clean and maintained. Buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious. Location is good and very near local market and railway station. Staff as professional and friendly especially reception Hiimanshu rawat. .. .. .. .. .. .

First time staying this hotel. For business trip. The rooms are well maintained and we'll clean. Morning breakfast taste was amazing. ............... Lobby area are also well maintained. Reception team especially Himanshu Rawat so helpful.... ... .....

Rooms are good and well cleaned. Best service. location is very near the railway station and local market. Staff was professional and friendly specially Reception staff, Ajay, Bhim, and ansar. They made sure we had everything we needed more. Fantastic stay Thanks Neemaya Team.

On the highway. Proximity to railway stn is super which is on opp side of the highway. Hotel rooms, bathrooms are well equipped and well designed, clean, maintained. Service is super quick in both housekeeping and restaurant. Although the market area is just 7-10 mins walk but the area between the hotel and market is not good due to garages and tyre repair shops which are in hotels neighbourhood. The area looks very unsafe and no autorickshaw are available outside the hotel. We had to depend on hotel car to drop us till station which is just 5 mins distance from hotel and they take rs 100 per person to drop whereas a 3 seater rikshaw will take just rs 50 for 3 people baggage if you are lucky to find one outside the hotel. Dinner and breakfast buffet had a variety of spread but taste was below average like the sambhar was sour, the pakoda were very dry & hard to bite, the parathas were chewy, veg biryani was very dry. Puri bhaji was good in breakfast and bhindi sabzi and hakka noodles were good in dinner. There was a strong & strange and unpleasant odour on the ground floor all the time. Our washroom neither had an exhaust fan nor a window for gases and steam to escape and they accumulated inside after every use and so we had to keep the door open.

Stay at the hotel was very comfortable , morning breakfast was very good , this was our second stay at the hotel .
