Gamma Los Cabos

I don't really know how to feel about Gamma. I only stayed for one night, and the service was overall great, I cannot complain. I will say that I was very uncomfortable this morning, around 7:45 am my hotel room door was forced open. I woke up to a loud sound coming from my door, this person didn't even bother to knock. I woke up immediately, given that I am a very light sleeper, especially while traveling. I got up and noticed that my door was open, with the latch still on the hook. I didn't even put a door sign that said I needed any room cleaning services. I felt very unsafe and decided to leave immediately. It may have been a mistake, I don't care, but I will definitely not be staying there again.

The property is clean and updated. Bathrooms are great. Staff and customer service are above and beyond!! I will return and send friends!

I was so lucky to book this hotel, for the price I expected something simple, but my surprise was a 5stars hotel, super clean modern and the best part was a confortable bed and a nice view. I feel like a queen because all the staff made sure to provide everything for me to have a great experience. Im so thankful with the best manager Irving who gave me a perfect experience in Sol de Cabo, also at the front desk Leo was more than kind and amazing with the check in and check out. i stayed for 5 days and I enjoyed the best breakfast made by the happy chef Charo. I loved Sol de Cabo and Im so thankful for the kindness of everyone there and I can’t wait to go back to cabo and stay in my now favorite hotel. Thanks everyone for make a good experience.

If you are driving or have a rental car this is a great option to consider for all those non-all inclusive types. Easy access to town and local beaches like the Palmilla. Fabulous staff, very friendly and English is spoken if needed. Very clean, rooms are moderate in size but comfortable with great showers and bathrooms. Made to order breakfast every morning. You can rent a car from AMC and spend a week here for less than 2 nights at most places. Great option for many looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo.

First of all, this was the cleanest property I’ve ever been in. It looked nice and smelled clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable and great bathroom towels. This is a perfect place to spend the night if you need little. However, we got stuck an extra day due to a sick family member. Nothing was convenient at all. The property is on a busy road and I had to walk through a field and close to the side of the road to get to the grocery store. The restaurant was not operating full hours so to get food, an Uber is required. It is about a $10 Uber ride to the Palmilla beach area which had a great beach and restaurants. The management was outstanding in helping with special Requests due to the unexpected sick guest. In hindsight, this was perfect for the short time I was scheduled to be here but I would have preferred a hotel with a better location to store and food.

The staff was really awesome and helpful. Very friendly and did their best for us. The hotel is a bit strange though. Very noisy right next to the highway. The linens were polyester and patterned so there’s no bleaching for sanitation there. Really basic, like one roll of toilet paper, 2 bath towels and that’s it. No extras like a blow dryer or face clothes. Overall it was good, but extremely basic. There wasn’t anyone around for the breakfast on our second day so we ate out.
