For us as a family in October 2023, the online checkin did not work and we needed several attempts to get a phone number and checkin instructions in Spanish. Once there, difficult to find even if you know the area well. Street names on Google maps do not match reality, they have different street names. No sign on the outside of the place that let’s you know you finally found it. The gated community is somewhat safe with 24/7 security, has a decent pool und a few sunbeds. However also constant construction and chemical anti-mosquito sprayings every other night. Apart is well equipped, towels are there, only silverware, knives and pots were too few to really cook well for every meal for a family of 4… There is a colmado right behind the place which is practical especially for getting water and quick food (also have fresh empanadas…) it is quite loud at night. The rooftop terrace is nice but has no shadow during the day and at night you have the mosquitoes. We used it to hang up our clothes. What is needed in the place is a proper drying rack for clothes as you are not allowed to hang it up on the balcony. Washing machine worked really well. Beds were comfortable. Cupboards did not have any shelves so you could only hang clothes or put them on the floor. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator Altogether I can recommend the place, less than 10 minute walk to the beach. But I recommend the owners to work on the mentioned points to make it more pleasant for visitors.
