FLAMINGO HOTEL IRBID

Friendly staff, quite room, good internet, free parking. Hotel location is in a nice area away from traffic. Shower water pressure was amazing :)

Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I had left Irbid and discovered my credit card was missing. I had left it at either the hotel or the neighboring pharmacy. When the front desk manager couldn’t find the card at the hotel, he checked at the pharmacy next door (which hadn’t answered my call), and let me know they had it. I appreciated the special effort!

No complaints at all.

Staff helped us with luggage and parking.

The Flamingo Hotel was the hands down worst hotel of our traveling lives. Hard to begin this documentation, but here goes. The toilet. It’s a good thing I am an amateur plumber, because the toilet float was constantly sticking and had to be oscillated by hand in order for the toilet to function. We politely complained to the front desk. Nothing was done. The sink. It leaked internally, with water dripping onto the floor at the base. Dirty faucet also. Shower. The shower drain wasn’t functioning well, and overflowing water spilled onto the bathroom floor from the shower stall. This is apparently why the hotel provided a large squeegee. The shower water came out as either a dribble or a rush, and was either cold or hot/scalding. Breakfast. Not bad. The breakfast tray, however, remained in our room all day and all night. 24 hours, that is. There was no maid service to take it away. There were no fresh towels or sheets or cleanup of any kind for our second day. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially mortada and shadi. The hotel is very clean and quiet and comfortable.

There is pros and cons but overall was ok even though it was the heightest price in town.
