The Shower

Not very clean, steep staircases, very hard beds, not good for bigger people nor infirm. Description of property needs to be clearer. A bit overpriced too for the area.

"Comfortable and great location but the flat is quite tired and dated."

The good bits - the location is ideal for a city centre stay and the apartment was spacious. The bathroom, linens and floors were clean. The comms from the owner were good and the discount code for the parking which was really close was great. The water pressure in the shower was great and the heating warmed the flat up quickly when it got cold in the evening. The not so good bits - the flat decor was very tired and quite a few bits were broken - holder for shower head, door on vanity unit of sink, missing temp control in radiator etc. I didnโ€™t expect this given the pricing. there were also some areas which needed a deeper clean - fridge, living room furniture and some areas were quite dusty. Their stairs to the bedrooms were very steep and narrow (I realise this canโ€™t be changed) but itโ€™s worth noting.

"Great spot, great little apartment!"

Good location, with generous discount off local parking! Nice and clean and comfortable.

Water throughout the apartment took a long time to drain.

"Great location and good amenities"

Itโ€™s in a great location but still tucked away so itโ€™s not loud at night. Access to the car park is good as itโ€™s discounted and just around the corner. The amenities covered off you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi and it was lovely and warm when we arrived!
