It’s too humid and hot, no A/C

The worst area in town,

Surrounded in a very marginal community

They messed my laundry. No Air conditioner. Staff are very rude. Food is bad. Extremely disappointed.

It was bad experience. Wasting money.

They doubled the rate when you check in if you want an AC unit. Online pricing No AC units only.

I love this hotel because the service is very good. Especially the lady who normally runs the restaurant and the lady who runs the front desk, The gym is okay. The pool is mediocre, but the service is good and for the price, it's really good

Expidia: Al the time, we have been in contact with you, for the services that you provide. However, in this opportunity, we reject the conditions of the room that my daughter Jessica booked with you, because she did, considering that the Hotel D'La Torre, never provided AC in our room, and we were suffering the worse condition, along the 15 days that we had to be in there, The argument from the "supervisor" was that "if you want AC in your room, you have to pay,$375.00 additional to the amount that we were booking, beside that they suspended the water service, one or two days, we had to take shower at my brother home. There is not an alternative menu related to the meals. We didn't use the pool, because sometimes water was completly dirty. I have to refer our health condition, my wife is a senior that suffer of high blood pressure, and I 'm a senior that I need sleep connected to machine to oxigen my brain and this hotel not offer condition for this kind of people, We had to sleep with the door of our room open to ventilate our room

The building was a prominent interesting site to see. We took a room with no air conditioning however, we did have a fan. Unfortunately, there was not natural air vents because the only windows we had was facing the hallway. therefore, the room was stuffy and humid. We also did not have natural light or vents. Overall, our stay was average.

no hot water. you book and when you arrived they tell you no air conditioning on room unless you upgrade. nothing to see around the property and not safe to walk around. no access to lake. disregard map display it has no access to lake.
