The 10th Green Inn

There were many pluses and minuses for our stay. We checked in about 8:00 pm and noticed an odd smell at the front desk-assumed the manager was cooking something. The smell got worse to the point of getting up at midnight and spraying my pillow and the room with my perfume. Not sure what it was…boiled cabbage? The shower and curtain looked brand new and clean. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. Night stands were beyond worn out. The blinds and hair dryer had an inch of dust. Breakfast was a single packaged danish. No fruit. No juice. We checked out after one night. I’m a light sleeper and could hear small dogs growling several times at night and we didn’t want to risk another smelly night. The smell was gone in the morning (I think our room was above the manager’s. )

Looked run-downed and not clean The carpet in the room might have been clean but with a lot of dirt. Furniture were a joke, old and worn down. The room did come with breakfast, if you consider a wrapped low quality pastry from Costco and oat-nut bar breakfast.

Nice

Stains in microwave and toilet. Refrigerator was barely cold. The bathroom door was not a traditional door, rather "barn door" that hung from the top on a rail. When I proceeded to use the bathroom, I proceeded to open the door. Suddenly the door jams and starts to fall forward onto me. Good thing I caught it before it landed on me.

It is very convenient to where my business meeting was.

Staff was courteous and friendly. The water in the room sink didn't work. The area outside my room looked like a dump site for sandbags. However, it was just for one night.

Spider webs on window. 'Breakfast' consisted of apples and pastries.

A quick and easy checkin and same with out the next morning. All ammenities inside the room worked great.
