The staff and the facilities

Too noisy. My room was down the rooftop and it was so noisy

The room, the cleanliness, the shower, the view.

A bit of noise, would have dogs barking or the church's tolls sounding like 5 am. Free water for the cost and type of hotel, the coffee maker with actual coffee, not coffee made.

I liked the how comfortable the bedding was. The room was in very good conditions and the decor was lovely, including the bathroom.

The bathroom smelled very bad and if the door was left open, the room smelled bad too. The staff did nothing about it. The location is a bit uncomfortable because it's a very steep, stone hill.

Located on steep hill so not the most convenient. Breakfast started late @ 9:00am

Got a message each day about 8:30 that staff needed key to clean room from 8:00 - 11:00. Very odd especially since restaurant on site didn’t open till 9:00

Kindly personal, clean room, nice views to the downtown

Spider webs, sound from other rooms, small streets, located on a very steep street, the car can't go up the street
