Ubicación excelente

Habitación 6 con olor a desagüe, (muy fuerte en el baño y se ingresaba a la pieza) el baño no tiene buena ventilación y la última mañana el agua de la ducha se me cortó en medio cuando estaba tomando el baño

La ubicación es inmejorable, la atención en recepción y en el restaurante muy gentiles, nos ayudaron con nuestra transportación al aeropuerto. Tuvimos una terraza desde la cual se ve el volcán de fuego en la noche y un hermoso amanecer 360 de la ciudad.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda. La ducha tenía un tragaluz muy bonito. El desayuno tiene varias opciones y todas muy buenas. Tienen fuentes de agua a disposición de los clientes.

Las almohadas me resultan blandas. No teníamos vistas a los volcanes.
