Very pleasant check in received a upgraded room with beautiful views!

Exceptional architecture/design of building and apartment. Beautiful location. Helpful staff (when asked). Off-site owner responds immediately to questions. Well equipped kitchen. Notes: Only swimming beach is in Cuatunalco just to the left (southeast) of the massive rocks projecting into the sea, opposite the beginning of the lagoon and la Panguita on Google Maps. Best seafood dinner (and least expensive) is in the village at Choza De Chivis.

Suggestions: make it clear up front the restaurant is 100% vegan and make this clear in the welcome email so omnivores can buy supplies in Huatulco. (you can also eat at Manta Raya - a short walk down the hill) This place is more European style (reserved) than Mexican style (overtly warm and welcoming). Once you adjust to that it's a slice of luxury in the wilderness. Also the hotel description should mention their steps (the hotel is built into a steep hillside): 25 from the parking lot to the first landing, 25 from their to reception/restaurant/pool, 25 from landing to our apartment. So might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues (OK for us, thinking about others.)

It was a beautifull and new location in such a serene town, it felt like having a private beach. Also, whilst we aren't vegan, the vegan food served was amazing!

There wasnt much not to like, honestly.

Nice intimate, quiet hotel and beach. The food was excellent. And the service was warm and attentive. The rooms were big with all the amenities.

The hotel is amazing. Pictures vs reality = the same. The room is really nice, perfect if you want to cook for yourself .

The sun loungers are the worst, they don’t have cushions or air beds so it is really uncomfortable.

The place was secluded and quiet!

Not very accessible to shops, stores and restaurants

Me parece un lugar bonito para entrar y no salir de ahi. Sin embargo, no hay opciones para comer fuera, ni siquiera para ir a una tienda. Está alejado de todo completamente, y tampoco es una opción meterse al mar ahí ya que el mar es demasiado virgen y peligroso. Su restaurante está bien pero que solo sea vegetariano lo limita mucho y trasladarse ahí en taxi es muy caro a cualquier lugar, lo ideal es que lleves coche. No lo recomiendo si lo que buscas es salir, conocer y meterte al mar. Pero las habitaciones y el lugar está muy bien y está limpio, eso sí el internet es bueno, porque fuera de ahí no hay señal.
