Casa Mauna Boutique Hotel

Todo en orden. Limpio, buena atención, lindo lugar. Ewen, el propietario es súper agradable y hubo buena comunicación. La comida muy buena y saludable.

Big, spacious apartment, very fast WiFi, very good vegan food, super friendly staff, umbrellas for the beach, good towels, clean pool. Altogether a very nice hotel!

A bit off the beaten track, but you should know what you are booking ;-)

It is hard to believe that such amenities/service/WiFi/food could exist in such a little remote town

The property, the food, the drinks, the staff were all perfect! I would note that it's the perfect get away if you want a remote location. There is 1 restaurant down the hill (on the beach) and 1 pizza place (100 peso taxi drive or walk able about 15 min). There is no cell service so you are at the mercy of the wifi signal on the property. Also, be sure bring cash because the closest ATM is at the airport. **the property does accept CC but other places in area do not.

Casa Mauna is located in Salchi, a remote area, with stunning landscapes and beach. The accommodation facing the sea are wonderful and the pool with its lovely cocktails made the stay just perfect.

While the food from the vegan restaurant is delicious, I would have appreciated some more diversity and some non vegan options leveraging the seafood and local delicacies.

Absolutely beautiful. Only regret was I didn’t stay longer
