I have NOT AT ALL Boarded the Hotel, still they have deducted my Rs.4837/-+Rs.4837/- = i.e. a Total of Rs. 9674/- deducted since I happened to use your portal to book the hotel. VERY BAD & Disgusting episode with me. Please refund my Rs.9674/- forcibly looted by the hotel

But since their check-in time did NOT suit me & can not suit anybody business official traveling for work at Bangalore, VERY BAD & Disgusting episode with me. Please refund my Rs.9674/- forcibly looted by the hotel since by mistake I entered my credit card details at their booking form. This gives me a VERY BIG LESSON as NEVER to use the BOOKING.COM portal & NEVER TO BOOK HOTEL CLARKS-INN any time after in my entire life. I would advise co-travelers to remain ALERT from THE FRAUD committed by the hotel

We chose the hotel just for the location We were attending a event at the embassy riding club ans this is the only decent hotel in 15 mins drive range Room was large and comfortable

Definately can do better with room service and better quality linen, also have a better selection of TV channels , not just catering to local stations. Room service asked for 45 mins to deliver a cup of tea....need to fix that for sure! Also wifi in todays world needs to stay on , not log in every day separately for each day of your stay.

While I was not perfectly happy with this property, i decided to proceed and book my next trip to Bangalore late December. HOWEVER, a gross incompetence and inconvenience occurred upon my Checkout. Subsequent, I have cancelled my booking and stay with Clarks Inn. Thank you, otherwise, Ignacio Duenas, Room 205-1,-2,-3.
