Room was nice in terms of decoration

Very noisy area and neighbours. There was only one duvet for three persons and when we asked for one more we got no reply at all !! We stayed 4 nights with only one blanket.

Es war sehr kalt im Apartment (im Dezember), die Heizung ging nicht über 19 Grad, trotz der schnellen Hilfe des Technikers, blieb es sehr kalt im Apartment.

"Bella scoperta"

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere Veronetta, in zona universitaria. La sera è molto silenziosa. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, persino di lavatrice.

Alcuni canali TV non si vedevano.

la posizione e l'appartamento carino e accogliente,personale dell'agenzia disponibile.

l'appartamento si trova a livello strada(ex negozio) e in questo giorni dove e iniziato a fare freddo di sera si sentiva l'umidità e la temperatura dell'appartamento bassa .per quanto segnalato non siamo riusciti ad avere caldo....forse un problema di termi xchè non erano mai caldi ma tiepidi. .e ogni due ore di sera/notte dovevamo alzare il termostato a 21 perché si bloccava e andava a 18.,..di conseguenza ho fatto la doccia una sola mattina in 4 giorni

El apto está muy bien, es muy bonito y cerca de los sitios de interés . Zona tranquila

Eramos tres y la cama supletoria no estaba hecha y tuvimos que buscar las sábanas. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y la mampara no cerraba bien. Por lo demás ,todo bien

"fijne locatie, zeer gehorig, slechte communicatie en zeer onaangenaam bed"

locatie op loopafstand van het centrum gezellig ingericht met voldoende keuken gereedschap

het bed was als beton enorm hard, slechte kussen, de slaapbank lag iets beter. zeer gehorig kon alles horen van zowel de boven buren als op straat. badkamer is veroudert maar functioneel de deuren van de douche zijn wel gammel. was machine stuk, tv stuk en nog spinnenwebben en haren te zien. maar wat het meeste teleurstelde was de zeer slechte communicatie. duurde enorm lang voor er antwoord kwam en dan was uiteindelijk het antwoord dat het bedrijf het niet wist en ze het aan de eigenaar moesten vragen. daar ging wederom meer als 24h overheen. (dit was een simpele vraag over hoe de tv werkte aangezien hij het niet deed) de vraag voor eerder inchecken werd pas na aankomst beantwoord
