Just location. Everything was bad. Shower doesen't work and we can"t take a shower when we arrived. When er are calling staff, she sent one man who told us that he will come tomorrow to solve the problem but he wasn' t come.

The check-in was easy and they let us to check-in one hour earlier. The building and the neighbourhood is nice. There are shops and supermarkets in walking distance. The AC and the laundry machine are nice. The balcony and the little table and chairs are cool.

The apartment looks nice but infrastructure especially the plumbing systems are old and need to be maintained. 1-After washing one dish in the kitchen sink, the drain pipes under the sink started leaking. 2-The bidet waste pipe in the toilet had also a huge leakage, in a way that floor was always wet. 3-A part of parquet in front of the floor near the stove was dangerously broken and sharp, and nearly cut my mom’s foot. 4-There were some shoe scuff marks on bedroom walls which for me means there is not much attention to the cleaning and maintenance. 5-The contact person responded upon check-in but later never replied when I asked if there is any blanket at the property.

It’s very bad, but it’s not very good as well. It’s okey to stay couple of the nights.

- the apartment is not as spacy as it looks like; - the sofa bed is old and broken, you can’t sit on it as the sitting part goes out and it’s not confortable, the mattress is very stainy and torn - the owner should definitely change the whole sofa; - the walls are stretched in many places and need some cleaning as service; - kitchen: you will find more or less for cooking, but please buy at least couple more cups! (We found only 2, and apartment is for 4 persons); 3 different vine glasses, the normal knife is also missing, you will find only the super long one (at least something!); no salt, peper or sugar - you could add at least these ones (we have left ours, si maybe someone will find it:)) ); - shower: it’s working, I don’t know why people was complaining about it and it was clean. Just the shower head needs to be changed as the water goes to different sides. - Viki registration! After confirmation the booking, we got the link to register and provide passport details. I thought it was a spam, as didn’t see any reviews here about it. But after deeper research, I found it’s normal i in Italy, so it’s safe (I hope so) to register;

Excellent little place, great location and has all you could need!

We were supposed to stay at Casa Mya but 3h before our check-in, the landlord texted us that it is not available anymore because of some damage and we would have to stay here for one night: https://www.booking.com/Share-3EF7TlE After that, we tried to get in contact with our landlord but he barely answered. Casa Mya wasn’t available anymore and we had to stay at the other place for the rest of the days. We texted the landlord about cleansheets and a heating problem, but he didn’t make the effort to answer. He only answered when we talked about money. That apartment is extremely far from the centre. We were extremely disappointed about his attitude and the way of solving things.

- Super helpful staff :) - Great localisation - close to the city centre and a supermarket. - Air conditioning also did a great job while we stayed there. - Another big plus is a free private parking.
