Treebo Finesta Suites, Nagpur Airport

Location was quite accessible.

Rooms were very small. Breakfast was pathetic. Beds not so comfy. Not worth it. You will find better rooms at much lower prices at the same location (nearby nagpur airport)

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. We walked from the airport to the hotel, so, the location was also great. Room was clean and AC worked well. Food was also good

Bathroom floor is really slippery, could be hazardous

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms for business traveller, close to the airport and other locations.

I was traveling by car from Hyderabad to Nagpur for a family function. Since it was a long journey, I decided to take a break and booked a room at Treebo Trend Finesta Suites, near Nagpur Airport. Here is my observation and experience: The male receptionist was very rude when answering my questions about parking, discounts, and the distance to the venue we needed to go to. In the room that was allotted to me, there was a bucket placed under the AC to catch leaking water. When they removed the bucket, the water continued to drip onto the floor. I requested a room change, but the male receptionist was rude and asked me to wait. I had to call him three times to remind him about the AC leakage issue. It took around 30-40 minutes to get the room changed.

Staying is amazing, rooms were good but it’s not properly cleaned after the previous use

The captains behaviour at service desk is quite rude, not happy with the hospitality served and breakfast is repetitive with no taste, no cleaning of rooms available after informing also day to day.

The check-in and -out procedures were quick and efficient. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was properly hot and strong, and in the room it was completely silent (absolutely no noise could be heard from the street). The internet was super fast. There was only a small range of items for breakfast, but everything tasted good

Communication was poor. When I contacted the hotel on their Whatsapp number to ask if they could arrange an airport pick-up, I only received automatic bot answers, asking me to to contact them on the number that I was already using. Their account must also have been hacked, because I received no fewer than 12 spam messages via Booking's message platform, asking me to make a payment in advance to secure my booking. And when I tried to contact the hotel to tell them about the spamming, again I just got automatic bot replies. International credit cards are not accepted, so we had to pay in cash. As the hotel was so cheap, we had the cash on us, so it wasn't a major problem.
