Majestic Byblos Grand Hotel

Everything is new and clean, but staff is the best value in the hotel. Mona was really useful and helped a lot organizing my visits around. I will come back!

There isn't,t nothing I didn't,t like, the hotel and the staff are amazing

the hotel is very rich and clean. the bedroom are very modern and comfortable.

the first day we weren’t offered an open buffet for breakfast although other days it was available. it didn’t give a good impression of the hotel. during breakfast the second cup of coffee was charged although it should have been through the open buffet and not charged extra. also the variety of food offered was very minimal and repeated daily.

Given the price of the Suite-type room (approx. USD 200 per night ; from booked from 24 - 26 December 2022) , the Staff was told repeatedly that the heating system in one of the suite's rooms was inoperable. Despite their repeated attempts to "fix" the problem, the room remained extremely cold. I expect more from a hotel of this standard. At check-out it was if nothing ever happened and there was no attempt to somehow compensate us nor even say we are sorry for your inconvenience. Brand new hotel, clean and neat plus location is less than a minute from old town. Amazing experience.

Breakfast needs to be upgraded a bit more to include more variety and it’s better to replace a kettle with a coffee machine.
