Bison Inn and Suites

The first room they tried to put us jn smelled like blues and the ac unit did not work as well as the tv, the second one the ac and the tv still didnt work.

Last-minute stay and not much available. It was not a nice place-the staff was friendly. It’s very old.

Room was clean. Tried to check for bed bugs but couldn’t take the mattress protection off the corner to check the mattress. Sheets stained in some small spots. The lobby and hallways are okay. No breakfast or coffee. Two vending machines though. Random people just hanging out that weren’t guests, not sure if they are friends or family of owners. Staff was friendly and attentive at check in. My group was in a bind for some place to stay and it made due but wouldn’t recommend people to stay there.

I refused to stay there and they wouldn’t refund my money.

The room had a smell when you walked in, the lights didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, customer service was terrible and so much more. I will never stay here again.

The staff are friendly the hotel is close to stores it's in a convenient place
