The location was perfect as it was 1 mile from our son’s home.
I did not receive the check in information for this property. I attempted to contact them using the information provided and received no response. The host refused to give a refund. The host insists they sent the instructions (which I still have not received). Despite the multiple emails and a text I sent, the host insists they did not hear from me to ask for the information to be resent. It's weird and sketchy that they got ALL of my other messages, but somehow never got any messages in which I asked for the check in information to be resent.
My stay was absolutely amazing. The location, the price, everything was great. I wish more places were like this place and the staff had amazing communication.
